Many years ago, the creator of 543 Media Inc., Tom Foley, had started writing and recording songs. At some point, a different type of business had come about; web design. And after that came marriage, kids, and always work. Like most of us, we get caught up in the work, bills, family cycle. While life was taking it's course, Tom was always writing and recording music. Over the last twenty or so years, Tom has amassed over 250 songs of which all are recorded and many just need another vocal track (another singer) to re-do the vocals.
Back in 2011, two friends of Tom's asked that he join their project. This was to be a publishing company. The three would write songs and sell them. As time went on, one of the partners became very busy with his band and unfortunately left the project. So the two remaining partners (Tom and his partner Ralph Merigliano) decided to skip the idea of a publishing company and start a record label. They found great singers to sing on their first album; singers such as Keith Fluitt and La Juan Carter who have sung with Michael Jackson, Quincy JOnes and Diana Ross just to name a few.
This project (The Tom and Ralph Label) inspired the creator of 543 Media Inc., Tom Foley, to put out his own collection of music under the 543 Music label. It seems only logical that one would want to release over 250 songs that could potentially generate over a million a year eventually in revenue. It's what some would call a "no brainer."
And so we are on that journey, that course, that path right now. It is August 19th 2015. We are releasing an album in one week. It is a a Latin R&B pop album. By the end of the year, there will be a country album (under the Tom and Ralph label) and another album out by years end under the 543 Music label. By this time next year, we will have about eight to twelve albums out. Music videos will be coming g out as well. Creating film/video is an asset for 543 Music and 53 Media Inc. We are well versed in the art of film making.
So this is a train. The train is leaving the station. We are looking for passengers to get on and join us. You can either watch from a distance, or you can be on this train. The decision is your's.
